Get Empowered programs reach 3000 kids and family audiences in diverse communities across the U.S. every month. Students build skills and learn about Joy, Respect, Confidence, Wisdom, Teamwork, Creativity, and Energy. Talented and experienced teachers teach Brazilian martial arts, drum and dance from all around the world, and how to be Empowered!
